The sharing function allows you to share your own content (own pages, notes...) with other people who belong to a group (class).

The following figure roughly summarises the process:

There are two groups of users with different functions:  

• Administrator (Teacher)
• Members (Students)

Preconditions

In order to use the parts function, the following conditions must be met: These are valid for administrators and members!  

• the Terms of use in the account information must be accepted.
• synchronization with the beook Cloud must be enabled
  (Dropbox, iCloud or other cloud do not work because all participants have to use the same cloud.)
• all ebooks in which content is shared or used must be installed
• Administrators need a special authorization
