Set-up failed

In order to configurate the beook app, an active internet connection is required when first activating the app.

Try the following procedure to get a connection:

  1. Please make sure your device is connected to the internet, when first activating the app. Restart the app once more.
  2. If necessary, also configurate the proxy settings of your network in the «Settings» of the app (only Windows and Mac version).
  3. Disable temporarily any virus scanner and restart the app. Should this work, then configure the virus scanner to allow network calls for the app.
  4. Temporarily disable any firewall and restart the app. Should this work, then configure the virus scanner to allow network calls for the app.
  5. Use the diagonosis system to verify the steps above and get more advice. You can find the diagnosis page at the menu item «Help»-«Diagnosis» (Windows/Mac onliy)
  6. In case the internet connection still fails, please contact the network administrator.
