Sharing permissions

From version 7.0 onwards, beook offers teachers the possibility to control which tasks students can see the solutions and corrections for. This is done by adding these permissions to a dossier and then sharing them. You can find detailed instructions here.

This requires a special authorisation from the teachers as well as from the students who receive these authorisations. Currently, this authorisation can be activated with an activation code. As soon as both the students and the teacher have redeemed the respective code, the permissions can be shared in the group.

To share the permission to view solutions and corrections, the corresponding tasks can be marked in the overview column and then added to the dossier via the export arrow or with a right click:

You can select whether the permission for the correction display or the solution display is to be shared. You can also add both permissions to the dossier. In addition, you also have the option of revoking the permissions in this way or to lock these two functions for certain tasks and release them later. The permissions are then added to the dossier and can be shared in this way.
