Firewall/Proxy settings: Certificates and Ports

If no downloads can be made in a particular WLAN/LAN, or if the beook cloud cannot transfer data, the cause is usually a proxy server or a firewall. The beook app communicates with the following addresses, each with standard port for SSL, 443, Outgoing:

  • *.beook.name
  • support.ioneaccess.ch
  • idp.hep-verlag.ch
  • beook.s3.eu-central-1.amazonaws.com
  • beook-assets-release.s3.eu-central-1.amazonaws.com
  • ioneaccess-assets-release.s3.eu-central-1.amazonaws.com
  • https://beook.ch

Access to the local integrated web server must also be permitted, with default port: 7212 Important: Certificates for these connections may not be modified/opened.
