What does it take to use the Share feature?

You must…

• activate the beook cloud
• Install the affected ebooks
• accept the terms of use (account informations)

Who can share content and create groups (classes)?

To share content and create groups (classes), you need special permission. This is subject to a fee.

Who can receive shared content?

Basically everyone. You must....

• have a full version of the affected ebooks
• which have activated beook Cloud
• get an access code from the group administrator (teacher) to join the group (class).

Members(students)

How can I join a group (class)?

• You need an access code from the group administrator (teacher).
• Go to the Share icon  (under left) to the memberships .
• Click on the "Join group" button, enter the access code and press "retrieve".
• If the group is found, you can join the group.
• After that, the group administrator (teacher) has to confirm your membership.

Where can I see what I have received?

• Go to the shrae icon  (under left) to the broadcasts .
• Here you can see a list of all received items.
• Click on the list entry to access the details of the shipment.
• In the details you can see each shared content and click on the name to get to the corresponding place.

How can I create a group?

• You need a corresponding authorization.
• Go to the share icon  (under left) administrate to group  .
• Click on the button "Create group" and enter a name and select the ebooks.
• After creation, the group details will be displayed where the access code is displayed, which you pass on to the members (students).

How do I add members (students) to my group?

• An access code is generated when the group is created. This is visible in the group details and must be passed on to all members (students).
• The members (students) must enter this code under Memberships and join the group.
• Afterwards, you will receive an application for membership from each individual member, which you must confirm.

How can I share content?

The contents that want to be shared are added directly from the ebook to a dossier. The dossier summarizes all content to be shared and can then be sent.

• Custom pages are created using the "Export Options".  ( > Added own Page Parts).
• A note is displayed in the popup via the Share button  added to the dossier.

Where do I see what I shared?

• Go to the share Icons  (unten links) to the broadcasts  .
• Here you can see a list of all the broadcasts sent.
• Click on the list entry to access the details of the shipment.
• In the details you can see each shared content and click on the name to get to the corresponding place.
