In beook it is also possible to integrate photos and images directly into the teaching materials. You can do this using either the notes or the own page function.
With the notes function you can store a Post-It directly in the text. This can make sense especially if the context makes it important that the photo is attached to the correct text passage.
If you insert the photo on a separate page, the photo appears on a page you have created yourself, which appears as a subchapter in the table of contents. Self-created pages have the advantage that you can add comments to your pages. You can move the page with Drag&Drop.
Add photo to note
Click on the notepad icon:
Select the folder icon if you want to insert an existing image. On iOS and Android you also have the possibility to take a photo directly and insert it. The app will ask you if the image should be made available in the cloud. If you want to have the picture on all your devices, confirm with "Yes". Afterwards the picture will be visible in the note and you can close it.
Insert photo into personal page
First select the sub-chapter after which the own page is to be added and add the page with the "plus icon".
You can either add a file directly in the pop-up window that has now appeared. Or you can create your own page and then add an image. In the second case, click on the folder symbol on the page. After a click on the "plus" icon, which is now displayed again, the file manager opens and you can select the image(s) you want to integrate into the app.
The app will ask you if the image should be made available in the cloud. If you want to have the image on all your devices, confirm with "Yes". The pictures will then be displayed in the top bar. To enlarge them, you can also drag the picture down into the edit field and write a description if necessary.
