If you have technical problems or questions, your support team will be happy to help you. To do this, send a support request directly from the app. In addition to your description and contact details, the support team will also receive an error log from the app. This way, you can be helped quickly. Please do not call us.
To send a support request
1. Go to the app portal via the home icon in the sidebar at the top left.
2. There you will find a warning triangle symbol in the toolbar
3. Read the existing questions and answers
4. If you need further support, click on "Create support request".
5. The following dialogue box then appears:
6. Describe your problem in as much detail as possible. In this way, you will help to further improve the app. With this function, an error log (log file) is sent in order to find and rectify the problem more quickly.
7. You will receive an email as confirmation. You now have the option of sending further information in a reply email, such as screenshots to document the problem.
8. The support team of your provider and the employees of ionesoft GmbH in second-level support will endeavour to help you as quickly as possible.

In the Windows/Mac versions you will also find the same function in the menu under "Help" - "Send support request".
